Production and delivery

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and the delivery option selected. Weekends and holidays are not business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping rates and tracking

Available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout. Faster shipping changes transit time; it does not remove production time. We send tracking information to the email used for your order when your package ships. An order may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. If you spot an error, email thepokemonfather@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

If your delivery is late, missing, damaged, or returned to sender, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate. Any proposed charge for reshipping an order to a corrected address will be explained before you agree to it. If a production delay affects your order, we will contact you about the available options.
