Made for your order

Unpaid Thoughts shirts are printed to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or color, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please choose your size and color carefully before ordering.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing fault, or is different from what you ordered, email thepokemonfather@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund for a confirmed fault or fulfillment error. Please contact us before sending anything back; a return is usually unnecessary for a confirmed quality issue.

Missing deliveries

If your package appears lost, contact us promptly with the tracking information, preferably within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution for a confirmed loss in transit.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its production status; changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, and your payment provider controls when they appear in your account.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
